The neighborhood known as La Recoleta is up on a hill and is one of the best places to get a view of Sucre from above.
There is also a great cafe where you can enjoy tasty pastas and fresh fruit juices.

Sucre looks so beautiful. I was thinking of going there for a Spanish course later on this year, so looking forward to reading more about it.

It is such a beautiful city. It is really popular for studying Spanish and for good reason.

I definitely seek out views like this over cities, so I’d make the trip up there… and of course get a smoothie!

The smoothies are certainly a nice reward. And it’s really not a far walk from the center of the city.

It was our first stop in South America. We ended up there for 2 months taking Spanish classes. Loved every minute of it. Probably one of my fave spots in SA as well.

One of our favorite cities as well. We were super bummed we didn’t end up there after spending too much time in La Paz.
