Okay, I’ll admit I’m not sure it is the “best” view because I didn’t have time to check them all out. But I was quite happy with my decision to take a long walk when I first arrived in the city to check out the view from Parque del Cerro del Tío Pío.
In the photo above, you can see the massive Retiro Park close to the city center.
This is the most spectacular view in the northwest Madrid area, where we can enjoy the view at a height of 110 meters.
